Sealing ring (sealing ring) is a device used to prevent the leakage of liquids or gases, usually made of elastic materials, with a sealing effect. 

The choice of material is of great significance to its sealing performance and service life, and the performance of the material directly affects the performance of the sealing ring.


HNBR Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Seal: 

It has excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation resistance, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance and weather resistance. 

Better abrasion resistance than NBR. Suitable for use in washing machines, automobile engine systems and refrigeration systems using the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a. 

It is not recommended to be used in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. General use temperature range is -40~150 ℃.


VITON Fluorocarbon Seals: 

High temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is not good. 

Resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils.

 Suitable for sealing needs in diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for use in ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrate containing mixtures. 

General use temperature range is -20~250 °C.


With the development of society, the requirements for seals are getting higher and higher. High temperature resistant FFKM seals are now introduced,
